Privacy, Terms & Choices
GN.TC is built to be a quiet digital sanctuary. Here is how we respect your privacy, measure performance, and handle affiliate relationships.
Privacy Commitment
We believe digital care requires radical respect for privacy. GN.TC does not require account creation, does not store personal contact books, and does not sell personal information.
Data We Process
- Shared Messages: Shortlink URLs (e.g.,
gn.tc/a7K2mQx) only reference static message templates stored on our servers. No recipient or sender metadata is permanently stored. - Aggregated Analytics: GN.TC uses self-hosted, cookieless first-party analytics for aggregate visits and page views. If enabled via your cookie settings, Google Analytics provides additional usage measurement.
- Likes: If you like an item, your browser stores that item’s ID in local storage to remember your choice. GN.TC stores only each item’s ID and aggregate like count; the likes service does not store IP addresses or voter identifiers.
- Affiliate Routing: Outbound clicks to curated physical comfort objects (e.g.,
gn.tc/out/g1K9mQx) pass through an instant static redirect to our affiliate partners (such as Amazon).
Google Consent Mode v2
GN.TC supports Google Consent Mode v2 for optional Google Analytics and advertising measurement. Those optional Google measurement signals are denied by default until you grant consent; cookieless first-party traffic analytics does not depend on that consent setting.
Terms of Care
GN.TC is provided as a free digital artifact of care. Messages shared through this platform are intended for personal, thoughtful, non-commercial communication.
Amazon Associates Disclosure
As an Amazon Associate, GN.TC earns from qualifying purchases.
When you choose to purchase an object of comfort from the Gift feed via our outbound links, we may receive a small commission at zero additional cost to you. This directly funds our independent infrastructure and keeps GN.TC ad-free.
Disclaimer
The messages and comfort recommendations on GN.TC are provided for emotional encouragement and relaxation. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.
